Sadly both my prev mentions failed in crowdfunding, but these shouldn't! Plastic humans for Frostgrave - http://nstarmagazine.com/FROSTGRAVE_htm_files/8673.png - http://downloads.northstarfigures.com/ne...ter066.htm

Do not feel too sad for ProGloria, they may (or may not) see the light of day on Warlord Games.

Yeah, I know they picked up a bunch of the metals, some have already been released. But I really liked the look of those plastics...

So, as it turns out Warlord have finally gotten around to releasing some of the plastic Landsnechkt Pikemen - https://store.warlordgames.com/collectio...ts-pikemen

Not all the sculpts (e.g. they're missing the two-handed grips from the Pro Gloria campaign) but it makes up for it with including some handgunners and also by being £18 for 30 models!

Picked two boxes but already regretted it. The hand holding the long pike is very unnatural and awkward. I probably swap it with the two hand weapon option somewhere else to make a Paymaster's Bodyguard unit.

That's a shame, I had high hopes from the original campaign...

In other news, North Star have plenty of minis available that would be good for Dogs of War including several plastic units (I mentioned the Soldiers before but they now have Barbarians, Cultists and Gnolls too) - http://www.northstarfigures.com/list.php?man=195&page=1

Plus Ghost Archipelago is due out soon and comes with it plastic crewmen for all you piratical types! http://www.northstarfigures.com/prod.php?prod=10843

Yup, Photobucket are shit. I use Imgur for my more recent stuff. I do plan on re-taking shots with a better set up at some point (if I ever get around to it!)

I rescued one of SharkBelly's stats-for-ships images that was hijacked by PB. I expect they'll eventually get wise to it.

I found out recently that Heresy Minis now has a Giant figure which would look pretty great with a Dogs of War army, so long as your general doesn't mind him snacking on your knights Big Grin

Northstar Miniatures have started releasing plastic fantasy figures for their Oathmark system. This includes Dwarfs, Elves and Goblins (Hobgoblin / small Orc sized Tolkein esque ones) plus Crewmen, Snakemen and upcoming Female Soldiers for Frostgrave. All of which may make neat units for a Dogs of War army! http://www.northstarfigures.com/ (plus they have many assorted fantasy figures for characters etc.).
