I think the serious 'money hammer' part is going to come form and for those who built 'specific' list at x point value. My dwarves are in great shape, I have a ton of 'em (except ironbreakers), but my greenskins were all built upon speed and shock attacks, with terrain everywhere, and most armies being steadfast, that's not really going to work anymore.

As far as all the 'new shiney' stuff goes, after I spend some time with the stores copy of the rule book, I was pretty excited, so I've ordered my 75$ copy of the tome. I've also played a few games of 8th too, and its a blast, terrain is great now, my stone throwers and cannons became far more useful. I don't think my 10man shooters are going to be nearly as effective as in 7th, but time will tell.
Hello all, Slick here. Check out this pretty cool video of Jeremy Vetock discussing the new Warhammer Fantasy Battles! It's nice to see GW actually doing videos like this, as opposed to having everything in White Dwarf.

About halfway through he mentions Mercenaries!!!Idea

There is a pic with an empire army containing maneaters, so this option of the O.K.-ab will not die!
Yeah! The rule will keep going on!

There's even the Maneater Paymaster model between them!
But I don't want my mercenaries to eat my paymaster .....Sad
