This is a part of my Dogs of War army - generally as a part of a leftover / visitor army. They have been painted with speed in mind as a priority, and yes, the odd wash would probably add a bit to them, but I honestly can't be bothered.

Anyway, here:

But some wash would be good.
Since I seem to play against an inordinate amount of Unpainted Armies lately any paint is a good thing.
I love the classic models, like the old Imperial Herald.

Also, not many realise, but the guy to the left of him is actually a mounted blood dragon vampire with a simple head swap.
Why don't people just stop by and leave their minis at my house? o_O
hehehehe when everybody does who would you play against Willmark?

And please Warlord, be bothered with washes, please... the cloth isn't that important but the faces are.. more important than any thing else...everybody knows that hummies have shading under the nose, the eye sockets etc, etc..

My empire and Dogs are both speed painted... but I did the faces (and hands).. characters have been done better then the rest..but just use something like a brown wash for skin and then when dry give it a simple highlight if flesh (dwarf or elven) just try it on 1 model... you will see it is a little thingy (less than a minute per model if you calculate it correctly, if your hand is steady enough that is) which can make such a difference.... (P.S. use purple wash on the green skins...)
