I confirm the issue is looking good. Much better than could be expected given the short notice our layout designer was given.

Look at the covers of Skavenblight Gazette, Invocation (Carpe Noctem/VC) and Word of Hashut and you will see the types of art we are trying to get for this cover (and covers in the future.)
Issue 2 is nearly ready, check in either town cryer or the download center for it.

Unfortunately there is no number in front of the Zeroes.
and if it did, it would have a minus sign in front of them too
