Can I make a new RoR unit rules for each issue?
I promise not to make them all Halflings.

Yeah, like you can avoid that!
It might be better to make them when you have an idea instead, having a "RoR in every package!" sounds like a sitcom gone bad many years ago. That is, if you have an idea, sure, send it in, but I wouldn't make up a bunch or RoR's just to fill page space.

I've made non Halfling rules my friend.
I was thinking one an issue if there is room, and you like them.

I'm not sure- can we afford the 30 odd pages of M4c arguing with himself that will surely follow?

06-26-2009, 08:11 PM
Well you could tie him up in the corner?
Nah, the arguing would be done before it was submitted.

Actually, if you let me argue by myself outside the forum I could be done in 10-20 min. Usually it has to be at least one other party member to argue with to make any prolonged discussion.

So you are saying it's not you changing things mid stream that prolongs the discussion.
It is true when I say this is the rule/unit/options and that's it you give me the answer in the 20-30 minutes of arguing with yourself.

Well yeah, of course me changing my mind all the time is what makes the discussion longer, but if I'm only arguing with myself I always go for the new option almost right away as I only need to persuade myself. And I usually win discussions with myself, so that's no problem. Hmm, maybe I should write the next army book myself, that would save about 3000 posts, as I can just edit the ones I already written when I feel like it instead of writing new ones to persuade (ie. nag) everybody else

06-26-2009, 10:18 PM
I think not. Maybe we just give you the rules/options for the units/heroes and you just do the math. It would save weeks of time and 2000+ posts.

True, but then I wouldn't be able to argue, plus probably be disappointed at some lack of quality control (ie. nagging), and that wouldn't make me happy.
In some ways I'm like a Vampire: I feed on the life force of the people around me by nagging and nit-picking them half to death
