Nice conversions. The new Empire Archers works great as Kislevites.

The ravenwing biker banners might work for all plastic models.

Kislev always needs bears. You can never go wrong if you add bears to them.

Well there was only one generic character also. Arguably its more of an allied contingent list than an army list...
Plus the only Magic Caster (the Tsarina) had the Lore of Ice, and couldn't be fielded with her father Tsar Boris.

They look very cool. Just as mentioned, gotta find a suitable replacement for the metal parts on the Lancers. Wouldn't be too bad if we could bits order them, but unfortunately that is a thing of the past.
What's next for these guys Horus?

yep, didn't even get a generic ice caster either.
Love the pic of the Bear Cavalry. As for rules just have them count as Ogres. Maneaters will be easy just have a guy or two on the ground bloody in front of the bear.
