Buona Notte, fellow condotieri!
I've been looking at the rules PDF for generic Dogs of War that Cavatore released, and there is a image there with our beloved Tilea.
And then, there are battles there. Anyone who actually has the Ye Olde Rulebook can say what they are?
Scorcio
Rifraffa
Aldente
Pugno
Thanks!
Ask the Halfling, he's the pdf (man)halfling on this forum

BilboBaggins has most of the PDF links we've got, so he should be able to sort you out. As far as maps of Tilea go they'd probably have to be scanned from an old rule book which for legal reasons we can't do.
I don't think any information was ever put out about those battle sites, they're just names for which you can invent your own background.

This one comes from a recurring sketch in a comedy show, where a faux latino island's weather reports are always Scorchio! ie. Hot

Riff-raff is a term for rabble

Al Dente as you should know is a way of cooking (among other things) pasta.

Italian for Fist, which i'm guessing you figured already

I'd say GW got it from the famous Clint Eastwood film Per un pugno di dollari.
I hadn't noticed the puns behind the names! Rifraffa could also be referring to a character in, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". Who'd make an amusing general.

Could Be =O
I loved the old the days, when it was full of puns- like the Orc Regiment of Renown Eeza Ugezod's ((h)'es a (h)'uge sod) Mother Crushers.
This days it's frowned upon, but some of the designers still manage to sneak them in like Kroq-Gar's Carnosaur in the Lizzies book- Grymloq AKA Grimlock the Dinobot from Transformers.
Years ago GW designers/game developers would name towns, planets and characters with whatever took their fancy. I wouldn't be surprised that some planets in 40K are named after resturants of types of food.

Heh, same here!! How curious!
So... they are just puns? I've really thought they were actual battles in fluff, like Via Vecchia and Via Vennia.
I'll have to check my 5th ed. army book.
