Well........ it's an allright list but I really can't see the beastmen type units and I can't say that nameing your demons Deitys, I would change it to avatars as a god can't die after all.
Actually, there is mention of beastmen in Ind in the official lore, such as the 6th ed BoC book, which specifically mention tigermen. If anything, the Rakshasha is the only "official" unit in the book due to already existing in the fluff.

As for the name, "Avatars" might actually be better suited, they are supposed to be the manifestations of the Gods after all. I'll fix that in the next update.
Also I think replaceing Peasant Leavys with Slaves Warriors would make more sence. I just can not see a "generous" Indish lord force conscripting his people. Rather i think he would band his best slaves together and tell them that if ther fight they will be freed when the war/campaign is over.
I'd rather not go along the slave route, it feels rather overplayed. Besides, slavery was never really accepted in India as it was in many other countries, so that would not make a lot of sense either. Recruiting the peasants to fight when needed is more akin to the feudal system of Bretonnia, where they have a strict hierarchy not very unlike the Caste system of India.
Ech. Well The little bits of actual fluff we DO have says that there are slaves and servants that dode on their lord.

But it's your fluff so you can do what you wish with it! All I know is that I will be calling the peasant leveys slaves!Tongue

And no I do not support nor do I fight against slavery

EDIT: Also mabey a double-barreled blunderbuss? The Side-by-side shotgun is very much sought after in the real world India
Well of course there ARE slaves, they just don't talk about it as much Tongue And like you said, they are more along the lines of servants, not fighters. The Peasant Levy are the common folk meant to fill in the ranks when there are not enough soldiers around. But hey, it's always up to you what you want to call them Wink

I would like to stay away from gunpowder to a larger degree though, I'd rather base Ind of the older mythological India rather than colonial era. This would also separate them more from Araby and Cathay.
