'Casualty'
Smile
I've got Calven and Garth - but Casualty would be a bummer of a name to have...
Heh! Holy Mordheim-Excellent Names, Batman!

'Casualty' is the greatest.

I've picked up a few of these over the last year on good old ebay, but at £5 to £20 each it's got to be an occasional buy - even for a lead fanatic (nutter?) like me!!!!

These guys, together with the C series Men at Arms, Fuedals, Fighters etc from the 1980s are slowly providing me with xbows, duelists, Bodyguard etc for Dogs of War Militia and state troops for Empire.

It will take a couple of years, but I intend to have all metal Dogs of War and Empire armies to match my dwarves with as much Marauder and 80s figures as possible!

I love plastic for conversion work, but nothing beats the look of the old figs, and they paint up much better than plastic, with more detail.
I keep meaing to buy Falcon on ebay but I always end up buying something else. I'll buy it by next year, but when I don't know?
I love the old minis. I've been collecting the old orc (and 40K ork) models. They all had so much character back then. Now it's all about dynamic poses and rushing into battle.
I acquired Nippon Rocket Launchers without boxes and these will be proxies for Halfling Hotpots.

Many of the C and F Series Feudals, Men at Arms and Vikings are available through Wargames Foundry in packs of 6 or 8, such as the OOP Bretonnian cavalry in a blister of 3, so one shouldn't have to pay eBay prices for a single figure. The difference between the two is that the Foundry versions have integral bases, but these could be filed down or removed and once re-based, painted and flocked one can't tell the difference. Best to purchase Foundry figures from independent retailers, unless you're in the UK, since they charge twice the price for US customers.Angry
